Located in the southeast portion of Arizona lies Fort Huachuca, home of the
Army Intelligence Center and School. The city of Sierra Vista is a welcome

Navy The U. S. Navy home page. Has the usual service information plus

The Naval Historical Center in Washington DC. The homepage contains
information about the Center, including its location, collections, and hours of
operation. It also includes information on the topics that generate the most
inquiries to the Center, including the development of naval aircraft markings,
photographic sources, bibliographies, and even the Bermuda Triangle.
Bureau of Naval Personnel has easily used links to most naval web pages.
Naval aviation Those of you interested in American naval aviation might be
interested in the Vulture's Row WWW Page, which was my attempt at trying to
assemble all of these odd bits of information I had lying around into an
organized presentation. At the moment it includes: Current carrier locations,
as released by Navy News Service, Current carrier air wing composition tables,
Squadron nicknames, aircraft types, tailcodes, and side numbers of their
aircraft, Illustrated air wing insignia/patch gallery, Illustrated guide to

U. S. Marine Corps
Marine Corps The U. S. Marine Corps home page. This has service news
releases, publications and information about history, traditions and missions
of the Marines, plus links to Marine bases around the world.

U. S. Public Health Service site for its Commissioned Corps. Here is the
history of the U. S. Public Health Service.
NOAA The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is the Seventh
Service. Here are descriptions and information about this arm of the
government.
The Seeker has a special section for finding military reunions.
Reunions Magazine is another web site for learning about military reunions.
Search is another location to use for searches for military veterans.
Russian navy One of the more frequent questions that seems to arise in
contemporary naval discussions is, "Whatever happened to the Russian
Navy?"
Liberty In 1967 the government of Israel attacked the USS Liberty, a ship
of the US Navy, in international waters on the high seas, killing 34 men and
wounding another 171. Israel claims that the attack was a case of mistaken
identity. Survivors and senior US government officials including Secretary of
State Dean Rusk say it was no accident.
Philippines The War from a Parlor: Stereoscopic Images of the Philippine-
American War and Soldiers' Letters Home distributed within the U.S. and letters
home from soldiers in the Philippines present conflicting interpretations of
the Philippine-American War.
Texas A&M The Texas A&M Corps of Cadets has recently begun a
Homepage detailing its history, its present and its future activities. There
are scholarship applications online for people interested in attending Texas
A&M and The Corps of Cadets. Numerous pictures involving all aspects of the
Corps are displayed.
Austria WWW Site about US Troops in Austria To celebrate the 50th
anniversary of the liberation of Austria by allied troops from the USA, France,
Great Britain, and Soviet Union we installed a WWW-application about the
encounter of the people of Austria and US soldiers in the years 1945 - 1955.

JED The electronic version of the June issue of Journal of Electronic
Defense is now available at JED's Homepage Among the offerings you will find
are "Tactical Deception in Air-Land Warfare" and "Shipboard
IRS&T" ( infrared search and tracking).
