OGDEN -US ARMY UNIFORMS

1783 - 1796 Infantry and Artillery stationed at West Point. The Infantry officer wears blue coat with all facings, buttons, turnbacks and epaulettes of white. The artillery officer's uniform coat is faced with red and his epaulettes are yellow or gilt. The top of his plume is red. The artillery enlisted man in back wears buff belts and the infantry have white belts.
