Rozhdestvenskogo monastir cathedral (Convent of the Nativity). The monastery was originally founded in 1380 by Maria Keistuteyevna, the wife of Andrei of Serpukhov. Andrei was Dmitri Donskoi's brother and a main hero of the battle of Kulikovo in 1380. She was the daughter of the grand duke of Lithuania. This main cathedral was built at the beginning of the 16th century. It is located near the Sretinski gate. It was closed in the 1920's but returned recently to the Church. (monument - 86)
