Holy Gates and corner tower of Monastery of Deposition of Robe. The monastery was founded in the 13th century. It is on the highest point and practically in the center of town on one of the main streets. Nearby is the trading center and the remains of the earthen rampart of the city defense wall. The Holy Gates date from 1688. The two octagonal towers are decorated with two tieers of ornamental windows and topped with onion-shaped domes.
