He was a son of Dmtrii Semyonovich, prince of Drutsk. He also was prince of Drutsk. His sons were Ivan Babi, founder of the Babichevski princely family; Ivan Putyati, founder of the Putyatinski princely family; Mikhail Loban, and Dmitrii Sekir, princes of Drutsk. They are shown on this family chart.
