VASILII VASIL'YEVICH (after 1338 - ca 1373)

 
   
 

He was a son of Vasilii Davidovich Groznii, grand prince of Yaroslavl and Yevdokia Ivanovna, grand princess of Moscow (daughter of Ivan I). He became grand prince of Yaroslavl in mid 14th cent to his death in 1373. His sons were Ivan Bol'shoi, Fedor, grand prince of Yaroslavl; Semyon, appanage prince of Novlen; Dmitri, appanage prince of Zaosersk; and Ivan-Voin, prince of Yaroslavl without udel, who died as a child. Ivan and Fedor ruled jointly for a time. They are shown on this family chart.
