He was the son of Gleb Yur'yevich, prince of Pinsk-Dubrovits and a daughter of Rostislav Mstislavich, prince of Kyiv. His sons were Fedor, Dmitrii, and Yuri, princes of Pinsk. We have no information on their sons, but these princes are all shown on this family chart.
