Statue of Empress Catherine II in Ostrovski square in front of the Aleksandrinski Drama Theater. It was placed here in 1873, created by Matvey Chizhov and AlexanderOpekushin. Around the base are figures of some of her favorites including Prince Potemkin and Marshal Suvorov. |
