The Russian artillery line was along the row of dark trees that cross the valley. The Feodokine hill is beyone. The Sapun gor ridge is on the horizon at the far left. The Light Brigade charged along the valley from the left side of the picture, passed the artillery line and continued toward the right edge of the photo. |
