This is a very enlightening transcript of the
presentations of 12 senior Chinese scholars and one Pakistani senior military
and diplomatic officer. They express very candid descriptions of Chinese
beliefs, policies and goals in economics, geopolitics and cultural aspects of
Chinese relations with the newly independent Central Asian countries. They make
clear that all of the above are part of the fundamental Chinese goal to become
one of the world 'great powers' and its relations with the Central Asian states
are significant contributions to this objective.
Americans should pay attention to this. The events since 2005 and especially in
2020 confirm the presentations of these Chinese authors.
