This is an issue of the Russian military journal, Orel, which unfortunately was forced to cease publication during the financial crisis in Russia. Only three issues were published, and only this first issue of 1992 was translated. But we were fortunate to obtain copies. Links to the articles are shown below. Our thanks to the authors and editors of Orel, to Sergei Koval for these translations and to the late Valerii Kudashkin for his help with so much in Russia including this journal.
