VLADIMIR SVYATOSLAVICH (after 1142 - 1201)

He was the son of Svyatoslav IIIVsyevolodich, prince of Kyiv, and Maria Vasil'kovna, princess of Polotsk. He was prince of Novgorod around 1180, then of Pereyaslavl and then of Chernigiv until his death. He married in 1178 to Elyena, daughter of Mikhail II,(Mikhalko) Yur'yevich, grand prince of Vladimir.
